Temporary Staff Trailer Village
Location:Exuma Cays
Scope of Work: Full land excavation, Storage Trailer retro-fit, golf cart pathway construction
Type: Mid high-end construction
Brief Description: This project involved a complete land clearly being extremely selective on which trees and plants we could remove. In addtion, we did the complete infrastructure for the trailer village to accommodate (11) Trailer homes, (1) Staff laundry house, and a Transformer Room. Upgraded finishes, custom details, and improved layout to suit modern living. The work was managed on-island with careful coordination of materials and trades.
